Hello, I'm Peta Taylor, a clinical hypnotherapist I trained with the gold standard Clifton Practice. I hold a diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and a level 4 diploma in Hynotherapy in Practice.
I am registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapists and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I am fully insured and hold a current DBS certificate which allows me to work with children and vulnerable adults.
As a solution focused hypnotherapist I work with my clients to achieve a positive mindset. We don’t revisit the past, the past is gone, we look for a solution to a achieve a bright and positive future.

- The initial consultation allows us to gather information about you and your goals. It includes an explanation of how the brain works and how we can achieve these goals together. If you are ready to change then we will succeed. This session also includes a free relaxation audio recording.

Further Sessions
MOST POPULAR
- Following the initial consultation sessions will usually be weekly for the best results. I will ask you questions about how your week has been and what you would like to achieve in the coming weeks, you will then be guided into trance allowing you to make positive changes effectively. The duration of the session is approximately 50 to 60 minutes
