We took our son for a number of sessions with Peta as he was suffering with anxiety and in particular had some irrational fears about being in the house on his own, which was having an impact on his life (he is at secondary school). Peta was very calm and reassuring with him, and explained each session very well and what was going to happen. She gave explanations as to what was driving his fears, and tools for managing them. He also had a relaxation recording to listen to each evening. He was very relaxed each session, going into trance and feeling the benefit after each session.
